Whisky review : Isle of Arran Bourbon cask finish, 700ml bottled @ 55.1% Cask strength
 -Never seems to ran our of ideas
-Always impressed by Arran product

Colour : light yellow gold, long legs here, very oily.

Nose : Gentle, floral, quiet, apples, mashed semi-cooked apples, apples in dry white wine, fresh and vibrant. Can definitely feel the bourbon sweetness here.

Mouth : strong arrival, sweet, apples, more apples. apples-in a dry white wine+bourbon cold glass. So much going on there...Floral notes, freshness coming, clean spirit

Finish : long lasting bourbony-wine apples ! lots of floral notes
